Dr Dog was fun at Double Door - lots of sideshows there. You know who you were. Bejar at The Bottle was great, more for the whiskey and being able to curse the man in person for teasing us with his mumbled 2 minute versions of our favorites. Tony Fantasia - my heart still flutters. Big Chief Dancing Feet Reprise! Favorite show I missed was {{{sunset}}} at The Whistler. Tapes! Amadou & Miriam at the Park West was a lot of fun – big variety of people and lots of dancing.

Dr Dog was fun at Double Door – lots of sideshows there. You know who you were.

It was totally unexpected, as I no longer listen to heavy metal, and I don't much care for HOB. But, it blew me away. I keep a running tally of all my live shows on my blog, www.showcowgo.com it’s too early to say for sure as there are still a ton of interesting shows coming up in October and November, but so far my favorite of the year was Opeth at the House of Blues.
