   I know that you have all probably ate here before but Milk and Honey near Division and Damen is painfully good. It’s a brunch place but also serves lunch. There is never not a line but the line moves super fast.

   Other most obvious place ever: Hot Dougs on California and Roscoe.

   Okay, I’m done with pointing out the obvious.

   Also not about restaurants but oh well. I was a little hesitant about going to Pitchfork again this year but I heard from a reliable source that it should have a pretty impressive line-up this year and will be worth going to. So plan on attending another ‘let’s fuck up Leah’s apartment with water’ party!

   Here are some places that I’d like to try out…

   Katsu – authentic japanese food including some of the freshest, best quality sushi in the city
   Arun’s – $85 ten course thai meal, prepared specifically for your own personal tastes
   Frontera Grill – i’ve seen a lot of mediocre reviews, but i just gotta believe that rick bayless has a few outstanding items on the menu
   Army & Lou’s – soul food, baby!
   Mundial – i hear good things

   I was a little unimpressed with the line up thus far. So hopefully it gets better or I might just have a Pitchfork party and skip the actual Pitchfork part of it.

   Did anyone else hear rumors about Radiohead possibly heading Lolla? Nothing has been officially confirmed yet but several things have hinted at it which means it might be true. I guess my Pitchfork Party might evolve into a Lolla party if that is the case!

    No, I’m bored with food now, I’m more interested in Radiohead. I have heard the same rumors from a couple different people but have been led ass-tray before. Why can’t Radiohead and Spiritualized play a one-off together in Grant Park? That would be way better.

    The Tribune announced on Sat. that Radiohead is headlining one night and NIN headlining another night. The NIN announcement was also confirmed on Sound Opinions by Greg Kot, who also works for the Tribune. Besides, both Pitchfork and Lolla serve food, so not off track at all.

    I read that in the Tribune as well but no other music website has confirmed it which makes me wonder whether they got that tip from all the rumors floating around.

    Well if you don’t recall, last year the Tribune dropped the date and tentative lineup for pitchfork before Pitchfork even posted it on their website. So…. I wouldn’t count them as totally unreliable.

    Radiohead and Nine Inch Nails to headline Lollapalooza Aug. 1-3

    Radiohead and Nine Inch Nails are expected to headline the fourth incarnation of Lollapalooza in Grant Park Aug. 1-3.

    Promoters won’t make the lineup official for a few more weeks, but industry sources have confirmed that Radiohead has been booked as the centerpiece of the festival. The British quintet still raves about the experience it had in 2001 when it headlined a rare outdoor show at Hutchinson Field, on the south end of Grant Park. The band is expected to perform at the same location this year.

    In addition, Nine Inch Nails will play its first Chicago show in several years, following the release of its 2007 album, “Year Zero,” and the four-volume “Ghosts,” made available a few days ago on the nin.com Web site.

    At least one other major headliner and about 100 more artists and bands are expected to be announced next month for the three-day festival.
