So, who’s got NYE stories? I ended the night with a 2.5 mile hike in 15-degree cold — still have cold burn on a finger and my face. Tuesday night was day 5 of a bender that started Thursday — haven’t had a bender for years. Years.
No bender here. Not sure I could even go on one…I turned down a Forest Park barhopping idea from Mr. Maltis LaRondo tongiht because I was still queasy and tired from Leah’s awesome party last night.
BTW, awesome party, Leah. I had fun, and so did Winski and Matt.
At approximately 5:00 am I drunkenly broke my phone into a million pieces and then decided in my drunken haze to fix it using parts from another phone I had that was the same kind and ended up doing more damage. It seemed like a great idea at the time but not so much the next morning when I woke up with phone parts all over my floor and no phone. Luckily Sosi is some kind of crazy genius and fixed it for me!
The apartment was TRASHED but I think it was well worth it! Hope you all had fun!
I had tons of fun at Leah’s party and was surprised that when Dan and I showed up at 1:45am there was still plenty of food AND booze. Definitely a good crowd and a fun time, I just wish Sosi hadn’t passed out so early so she could have enjoyed it more.
Also, kudos to Melissa for an amazing hangover brunch the next morning. We ate and drank all day and left her house at 10pm…
Highlight of the night I did not witness: something about a bowl of puke???
